Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

Gambling Awareness: Sports betting involves financial risk. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Jurisdiction Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

Account Verification: We may require age and identity verification at any time.

Prohibited Users: Individuals with gambling addiction, self-excluded persons, or those in restricted jurisdictions are prohibited from using our services.

Token Consumption Model: Our platform operates on a token-based system where tokens are consumed for accessing betting instructions, arbitrage opportunities, and automated calculations.

Token Allocation: Subscribers receive tokens based on their subscription plan (Bonus Hunter: 20 tokens/month, Arbitrage Pro: 50 tokens/month).

Token Usage: Tokens are consumed when generating betting instructions, accessing bookmaker bonus journeys, or using our arbitrage calculation tools.

No Refunds: Consumed tokens are non-refundable. Unused tokens expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Fair Usage: Excessive API usage, automated scraping, or system abuse may result in token forfeiture and account suspension.

Stripe Connect Integration: Our wallet system is powered by Stripe Connect, enabling secure deposits, withdrawals, and escrow functionality.

Deposit Terms: Minimum deposit €10. Deposits are processed through Stripe and subject to their terms and fees.

Withdrawal Terms: Minimum withdrawal €20. Withdrawals require verified Stripe Express account setup and may take 2-7 business days.

Escrow Holdings: Funds may be held in escrow for matched betting security, arbitrage execution, or dispute resolution.

Currency: All transactions are processed in EUR. Currency conversion fees may apply.

Account Verification: Stripe verification is required for withdrawals and may include identity, banking, and tax information.

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with 10 tokens. Trial is limited to one per email address and device.

Paid Plans:

• Bonus Hunter: €20/month - 20 tokens, bonus hunting tools, basic support
• Arbitrage Pro: €50/month - 50 tokens, full arbitrage suite, priority support, advanced analytics

Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime through your account or Stripe Customer Portal.

Refund Policy: No refunds for partial months. Service remains active until end of billing period after cancellation.

Multi-Account Prevention: One account per person. Multiple accounts will be merged or suspended.

Trial Abuse Prevention: Trial circumvention through multiple emails, devices, or payment methods is prohibited.

API Rate Limiting: Automated access is limited to prevent system abuse. Excessive requests may trigger temporary suspension.

Account Sharing: Accounts are non-transferable and for individual use only.

Fraudulent Activity: Chargebacks, payment fraud, or system manipulation will result in immediate account termination.

Educational Purpose: Our betting instructions are for educational purposes and represent mathematical calculations, not guarantees.

No Betting Guarantee: We do not guarantee profits, successful bet placement, or bookmaker acceptance of bets.

Odds Changes: Sports betting odds change constantly. Instructions may become invalid between generation and execution.

Bookmaker Risk: Bookmakers may limit or close accounts. We are not responsible for bookmaker actions.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for bet placement, verification of odds, and compliance with bookmaker terms.

Illustrative Examples Only: Any figures, ranges, or examples shown across the Platform are illustrative and do not constitute a promise of results. Outcomes depend on accurate execution, offer availability, personal circumstances, and third‑party limitations.

Supabase Integration: User data, subscriptions, and platform analytics are processed through Supabase (database and authentication).

Stripe Integration: Payment processing, wallet management, and financial transactions are handled by Stripe.

Microsoft Graph: Email notifications and communication are processed through Microsoft 365 services.

Data Retention: User data is retained for regulatory compliance and service provision as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Platform Content: All algorithms, betting calculations, and platform functionality are proprietary to UberWager.

User License: You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for personal betting activities only.

Prohibited Uses: Reverse engineering, data scraping, reselling instructions, or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.

User Submissions: Any feedback, suggestions, or user-generated content may be used by us without compensation.

Immediate Termination: We may terminate accounts immediately for terms violations, fraud, or illegal activity.

Suspension Causes: Multi-accounting, trial abuse, payment issues, or system misuse may result in temporary suspension.

Data Access: Upon termination, you may request data export within 30 days before permanent deletion.

Outstanding Balances: Wallet balances will be processed according to Stripe policies and regulatory requirements.

Service Availability: Platform availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance and technical issues may cause temporary service interruption.

Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for bookmaker actions, payment processor issues, or third-party service failures.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Finnish law.

Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.

Dispute Process: Contact our support team first. Formal disputes may be subject to binding arbitration.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
